How should I check Toobit cashback for a period containing zero-fee trades?

Separate transactions with an actual fee from transactions without one, grouped by product. Establish UID attribution and the customer settlement basis before comparing payments for that period.

A zero-fee trade does not create an invented rebate base

Consider a hypothetical period with three groups. Group A has 20,000 units of turnover and zero recorded trading fees. Group B has 30 units of confirmed eligible fees. Group C has 10 units of charges whose eligibility has not been established. With an illustrative agreed customer share of 20%, the confirmed calculation is 6 units from group B. Group C remains unresolved, and group A should not be assigned a fictional positive fee.

These are teaching inputs, not Toobit rates or TradePayback terms. The point is to separate known amounts from assumptions. If group C is later confirmed eligible, the calculation can be updated using the explanation received. Until then, “6 confirmed plus an unresolved item” is more accurate than presenting 8 as an amount that must arrive.

Fee offsets require the same discipline. A voucher's face value is not automatically its realised effect on the eligible fee base. Record the offset that can be supported by the statement and the program's rules. Do not subtract a displayed voucher balance from a fee total unless you can establish that it was actually used in the relevant period and that the settlement base requires that treatment.

Name the payment before calculating it

An exchange referral reward, an affiliate's commission and a customer cashback payment are separate categories. Record the payer, recipient and agreement for the payment you expect. A customer should not assume that every commission shown in partner marketing materials will be passed on to them, or that a public campaign schedule defines the timing of a private customer arrangement.

Use the Toobit fee-rate information for exchange execution pricing and the affiliate agreement for partner-program context. Neither document by itself confirms your customer-specific TradePayback settlement. Ask the service to identify the arrangement applicable to your account before forecasting the amount you will receive.

For a new customer, the TradePayback Toobit page is the maintained entry point for the signup destination and referral code. Keep the destination and registration date in your own records. After signup, contact the consultation service with the exchange name and UID so the relevant account can be checked. A submitted UID is an enquiry record, not automatic proof of eligible trading activity.

Split the statement into products and actual fees

Toobit's published fee information distinguishes general spot trading, special-market exceptions and derivatives pricing. This distinction matters when checking a customer estimate: a common spot headline does not describe every market, and a futures charge should not be inferred from a spot quotation. Check the account's current conditions and the actual execution record rather than assuming the headline applies to every symbol.

Create separate groups for each product and fee currency. Within a group, retain execution references, times, fee amounts and any visible offsets. Do not replace the actual charged fee with an estimate from a default rate table. Where the report does not show enough detail, mark the uncertainty and request clarification rather than silently assigning the trade to a convenient category.

Avoid adding funding, withdrawals and trading charges into a single eligible-fee total unless the arrangement explicitly includes them. They may all appear as account movements while answering different accounting questions. Preserving separate labels makes an eligibility decision traceable and avoids treating every debit as a trading fee.

Check attribution separately from calculation

An attribution question asks whether the account belongs to the intended referral relationship. A calculation question asks what should be paid once that relationship and eligibility are confirmed. Keep those questions in separate fields. Otherwise, an accurately calculated number can obscure the fact that the account relationship has never been verified.

If the account already existed before you used the service, tell the team that history. Do not assume a code can be attached retrospectively or that opening an additional account will solve the problem. Toobit's compliance notice addresses artificial volume and referral abuse. This guide does not recommend extra accounts, coordinated trading or fee-generating transactions to obtain benefits.

For a straightforward enquiry, provide the exchange, UID, signup path if known, and the account relationship you want checked. If the relationship is confirmed, preserve the dated response and move on to the fee ledger. If it is not confirmed, do not forecast future cashback as if it were already approved.

Resolve a payment difference without rewriting the evidence

Use a finished settlement period and state the time zone. Compare your fee groups with the reviewer-confirmed groups, then compare the resulting calculation with payments already received. A trade near the period boundary should be flagged explicitly. A mismatched boundary is a question to resolve, not evidence that a transaction disappeared.

Suppose a fictional statement has 30 eligible fee units and the agreed teaching share is 20%, producing 6 units. If 4 units were received, ask about the 2-unit difference with the relevant payment reference. If the reviewer instead confirms only 20 eligible units, the expected amount becomes 4. The two outcomes require different explanations, so request the eligible-base calculation before alleging a missing payment.

Ask for exclusions to be tied to a product, adjustment or agreement clause where possible. Preserve the original export and keep corrections as a new version. If support has not explained an item, mark it unresolved. Do not label a future payment guaranteed, and do not label an account ineligible permanently without evidence supporting that conclusion.

FAQ

Does Toobit turnover determine cashback by itself?

No. Turnover helps describe activity, but a customer rebate needs the eligible calculation base defined by the arrangement. A large turnover figure on a zero-fee product should not be multiplied by an assumed trading-fee rate to create a payment expectation. Use actual fees and confirmed eligibility.

Can a referral code prove a payment is due?

It helps identify the intended signup path, but payment still depends on attribution and the applicable conditions. Keep the code, UID and registration timing together. If any part is uncertain, ask the service to verify it rather than treating a visible code as a completed settlement check.

What if the fees are charged in several currencies?

Keep the original amounts in separate rows. If the agreement uses a settlement currency, request or document the applicable conversion basis before combining them. A conversion difference and an eligibility difference should be investigated separately. Never change original fee amounts merely to make them match the received payment.

What information should stay out of a support message?

Do not send passwords, one-time codes or API secrets. Use only the identifiers and redacted records needed to review attribution and fees. If someone asks for account-operating access to answer an ordinary rebate question, request a clear explanation and use the established official consultation route.

The guide collection includes separate Toobit fee, registration and account-control discussions. Use those pages for their specific questions instead of treating this settlement worksheet as a universal signup or pricing guide. TradePayback may receive partner compensation, and cashback does not remove the market risk or potential losses of trading.
