A Toobit registration problem is easier to solve when account creation, contact verification, basic KYC, and advanced KYC are treated as separate checkpoints. Reaching the account dashboard does not prove that every product is available. A failed identity review does not necessarily mean that the email or phone registration failed. Start by identifying the last step that completed successfully and the exact screen that now blocks progress.

This guide uses Toobit's official User Guide and the KYC article updated on August 20, 2026. Document options and product requirements can vary by issuing country or region and by the service being requested. Do not guess a supported document, service country, or account entitlement. The Toobit exchange page provides the platform overview, while fee and referral questions remain separate in the guides index.

Record the referral route before completing signup

Use the current exchange detail page for the centrally maintained signup destination and displayed referral code. Record the route and date rather than copying a fixed destination from an old article. If you already hold an account, identify it as an existing account and ask about the applicable process before attempting another registration.

Toobit's official user guide includes the referral code, when supplied, in its email or phone registration workflow before the account verification step. A completed registration does not establish completed KYC, and neither state alone confirms the customer rebate relationship.

After signup, contact TradePayback with the exchange name and UID to request a customer arrangement check. Treat identifier submission and verified eligibility as different statuses. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or API secrets. TradePayback may receive partner compensation; confirm the terms applying to the actual customer account before treating cashback as expected income.

Map the process into four checkpoints

Checkpoint one is account registration. Toobit's User Guide directs users to the official registration page or an official referral link shared by a friend. A user enters an email address or phone number, creates a password, optionally enters a referral code, accepts the service information and terms, selects Create Account, and submits the verification code. The referral field is optional in that guide; a referral problem should not be confused with a contact-verification problem.

Checkpoint two is verification of the registration contact. If a code does not arrive or has expired, confirm whether the account was created with email or phone. Check the email spelling, the telephone country code, and whether the newest code is being used after a resend. Never disclose a verification code or password to a person claiming to provide support.

Checkpoint three is basic verification. The current Toobit KYC article gives two interface paths. On the web, log in, select the profile icon in the upper-right corner, and choose Identity verification. In the app, select the profile icon in the upper-left corner of the home page and choose Identity verification. Under Basic verification, select Verify, choose the issuing country or region and document type, enter the requested name and document number, review the information, and submit it.

Checkpoint four is advanced verification. Basic verification must be completed first. Under Advanced verification, select Verify, enter the requested personal details, upload a valid identity document, complete any additional verification steps shown on screen, and submit the application. Supported document types vary by country or region. The correct list is the list displayed after selecting the issuing jurisdiction.

Diagnose a missing registration code without creating another account

Change one variable at a time. First, identify whether the registration method is email or phone. For email, confirm the exact address and inspect spam or filtered folders. For phone, confirm the country code and the carrier's ability to receive messages. If a new code was requested, use the latest one rather than an earlier message.

If the system indicates that the contact is already registered, switch to login or password recovery. Repeatedly creating accounts is not a safe way to repair a referral code or code-delivery issue. It can later collide with Toobit's one-person, one-KYC-account rule. Keep the referral-code question separate: the User Guide describes the referral code as optional.

A support request should describe the registration method, timestamp, error message, masked contact information, and the official page being used. Do not include the verification code, password, complete identity-document number, or unrelated private data. The current KYC article specifically warns users not to share verification codes, passwords, or other sensitive account information.

Keep basic and advanced KYC data consistent

Toobit's current KYC article says the document type and document number used in basic and advanced verification must match. Compare the issuing country or region, document type, name, and number line by line before submission. Guessing a transliteration or changing the number format between stages can create a mismatch.

Uploaded document images must be complete, clear, unobstructed, and free from glare. If facial verification is required, use adequate lighting, face the camera directly, and remove accessories that cover the face. Follow the live interface rather than uploading a screenshot or an edited copy when the page asks for the original document.

Each person can complete KYC on only one Toobit account. The current guide also says subaccounts do not support separate KYC. If identity information is already linked to another account, follow the instructions shown on the verification page instead of opening more accounts or repeatedly submitting the same data.

Information normally cannot be changed directly after KYC is completed. If a legal name, nationality, or other identity detail has changed, the current guide directs the user to Toobit Support or support@toobit.com. Do not attempt to solve a legal-information change by entering inaccurate data on another account.

Use the current timing and retry rules

The August 20, 2026 KYC article says reviews are usually completed within one hour, although some applications may take up to 48 hours. Results are delivered through the Toobit app or by email. This is an operational estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. Before resubmitting, check whether the application is still processing.

The same current article states that after five verification failures, the user must wait 24 hours before trying again. An older August 2025 FAQ still says that more than two attempts in a 24-hour period require a 24-hour wait. Because the official documents contain different retry wording, use the newer article and the restriction shown in the live verification interface. Do not invent a bypass or open another account to evade the displayed limit.

If the status has not changed after 48 hours, or verification remains impossible after multiple attempts, the current article directs users to the Support Center or support@toobit.com. Provide the Toobit UID and a screenshot of the current verification status. Redact unnecessary document details and never provide a password or verification code.

This matrix intentionally avoids unsupported fixes such as changing a VPN, rotating devices, or clearing a browser as a universal answer. If a regional restriction or risk review is responsible, network changes do not correct the underlying eligibility issue and may look like an attempt to bypass controls. The error displayed by Toobit and the written support response are the relevant evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a referral code required to create a Toobit account?

The official User Guide presents the referral code as optional. Diagnose referral attribution separately from email or phone verification.

Can advanced verification be completed before basic verification?

No. The current KYC guide requires basic verification first. Check the Identity verification page on the web or app to identify the current stage.

How long does a KYC review take?

The current guide says review is usually completed within one hour, while some applications may take up to 48 hours. If no update appears after 48 hours, contact support with the UID and a screenshot of the status.

Can the same person verify multiple accounts?

No. Toobit says each person can complete KYC on one account, and subaccounts do not support separate KYC. Follow the verification-page instructions if the identity is already linked.
