PU PRIME Referrals: Verify Additional MT5 Account Attribution

Is an additional PU PRIME MT5 account attributed to the same partner?

Ask for a finding that identifies the additional account and its effective date. A portal login or completed account request alone does not establish partner attribution.

Checking an additional account step by step

  1. In the client portal, note the additional live account's number, type and opening date.
  2. Note the first account's number and your sign-up date too.
  3. Ask PU Prime support to confirm whether both accounts sit under the same introducer.
  4. Send the additional account number to TradePayback as well, via chat or the contact page.
  5. Record the answer against each account number.

How the client portal and MT5 accounts relate

PU Prime's official account types page describes several live account types, including Standard, Prime and ECN. A client can hold more than one of them under a single client portal profile. MetaQuotes' own help on opening accounts describes the broker as the party that opens an account and provides its number and server. So each "MT5 account" is a separate account with its own number, sitting under one client profile.

Becoming an IB versus being a referred client

This is where confusion usually starts. Registering with PU Prime's partner programme as an Introducing Broker creates a partner relationship for referring other clients and being rewarded for them. Someone who signs up through a TradePayback link is a referred retail client.

  • Eligibility to become an IB and eligibility to earn remuneration from your own trading are separate questions. Neither follows automatically from having a retail account; obtain the applicable written terms.
  • IB reward structures are terms between PU Prime and the IB; they are not an automatic client benefit.
  • Any client benefit is a separately stated condition.

Re-registering as an IB "to get more" is therefore not something we recommend.

Share identifiers, never credentials

An attribution check needs identifiers, not access. Keeping those apart is the single most important habit for protecting your account.

Fine to shareNever share
MT5 account numberClient portal password
Account type and opening dateMT5 master password
First few characters of your sign-up emailMT5 investor (read-only) password
Sign-up dateEmail or SMS verification codes

An investor password cannot trade, but it can view your account history. It is not needed for an attribution check, so keep it private. TradePayback never asks for passwords or codes.

A support message with consent and evidence

State what you want confirmed and what you are agreeing to share:

Hello. I registered in the client portal on [date] through a referral link. My first live account is [account A]. On [date] I opened an additional live account, [account B]. Could you please confirm whether account B is attributed to the same Introducing Broker as account A? I consent to sharing these account numbers for this check. If account B is not attributed, please tell me whether a correction is possible and what the process is.

The message requests confirmation and a process, not a particular outcome. Keep in mind a correction may not be possible under policy.

What not to do before you have an answer

  • Create a new client profile to "redo" the link. It can lead to duplicate-identity issues.
  • Hand an introducer your login details.
  • Assume the additional account's payback is already active before attribution is confirmed.

Making the next additional account easier

If you plan to open more accounts later, the simplest habit is to send the new account number to TradePayback right after opening it. The longer you wait, the harder it is to remember which route you used, and the longer any check takes. To compare displayed conditions across CFD brokers, see the comparison page.

Reading the answer you receive

When support replies that an account "is under a partner," check which account number the reply refers to. A reply about your profile and a reply about a specific account can differ. If the reply says a correction is not possible, take that as final for that account rather than opening new profiles to work around it. If the reply is unclear, a polite follow-up quoting both account numbers usually resolves it in one step.

A short scenario

Suppose, hypothetically, you opened Standard account A through a referral link in January and added Prime account B in March from the portal. TradePayback's records show account A but not account B. Support confirms that B is under the same introducer, so the records only needed updating with B's number. In a different version of the scenario, support says B was opened under a separate profile created with a different email. That is a different client record, and the right response is to tell support plainly which profile you intend to use, not to create a third.

An additional account request is not attribution evidence

PU PRIME's additional-live-account instructions describe Accounts, Open Account, the platform, account type and currency, followed by review and an email containing the new account details. That supports the application route, not an automatic introducer assignment. Keep the profile registration date and each trading account's opening date in separate columns.

A reply confirming the current partner does not establish retroactive cashback for every earlier transaction. Ask which account and effective period the answer covers. Record the applicable instruments, exclusions and customer settlement registration separately. Account numbers and dates are initial enquiry details; any further identity check belongs in the broker's official support process. Distinguish request received, broker attribution confirmed and customer settlement registration confirmed, rather than treating the first acknowledgement as proof of all three.

FAQ

Is an additional MT5 account automatically attached to my original introducer?

You should not assume so. Ask PU Prime support and TradePayback to confirm, using the additional account number.

Can I give my investor password so you can check?

There is no need. The investor password still exposes account history, so keep it private. The account number and sign-up date are enough.

Should I register as an IB myself to get more?

We do not recommend it. The IB programme concerns introducing clients. Becoming a partner and receiving remuneration for your own trades are separate eligibility questions governed by the applicable agreement; do not assume either is a substitute for customer cashback.
